The Quantity Surveyor’s Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely alongside the Directors, taking a pivotal role in delivering large-scale housing schemes across London, Greater London, and Surrey. This is more than just a role – it’s a career-defining opportunity to advance to a Senior level in a highly client-facing capacity. Key responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor will include: Leading residential developments from inception to completion. Managing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract services. Acting as Employers Agent on design and build contracts. Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the next step and fast-track their career in a dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy.
