Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client is a leading global provider of facility services, providing services to complement their customer’s workplace. Due to their expanding team We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Mobile AC Engineer with a working history in PPM and reactive maintenance. The role is a permanent position working on various corporate and commercial facilities covering Midlothian and Glasgow. The position requires a Mobile AC Engineer that can complete maintenance operations to a high standard. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer. The successful Mobile AC Engineer key responsibilities will be: * Responsibility for AC and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded. * Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks. * To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota. * To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients’ AC systems. * Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding. * To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
