Are you immediately free for work and have experience in working in HR Administration? We have a great opportunity to support a highly successful and well know organisation on a fixed 6 month contract based in Bolton. This would be ideal for an individual who loves working in the HR function of a business and enjoys being is a very busy and fast aced role which pays a critical part to the business. You will be working in a great team supporting the people services of the business. In return you will get a great basic salary of £24578, full time hours working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, full kit provided, gorgeous modern offices and a 6 month fixed term contract What will you be doing as a HR Administrator ?
- This role will be supporting the people function
- You will be the first point of contact for employee related queries
- Provide a comprehensive HR admin support with onboarding documents, reference checks, DBS checks and arranging interviews
- Working on trackers using Excel to track onboarding stages for new employees
- Updating HR database accurately with new starter and leaver information
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Managing your own workload
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
What skills & experience will you need as a HR Administrator?
- You have experience in working as a HR Administrator, dealing with contract letters, setting up starters and leavers
- You will be proficient in managing a HR electronic database
- Also used to juggling more than one task
- Able to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to commit to a 6 month fixed term role, we would love to hear from you
