Were looking for a People Services Advisor to join our friendly and collaborative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead on process improvement initiatives work across a wide range of people operations and contribute to an inclusive and engaging employee experience. Core ResponsibilitiesLead the onboarding and offboarding process for salaried employees ensuring a seamless and high-quality experienceManage the contractor and freelancer onboarding process supporting managers and ensuring complianceCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to resolve contract queries and ensure smooth pre-boardingManage employee life cycle processes including contract changes and family leave entitlementsProvide guidance on complex or escalated employee queries to People Services AssistantsAdvise managers on employee relations matters such as probations absence and flexible working requestsCarry out exit interviews and support ER consistency across the businessDrive improvements to people processes focusing on automation scalability and legal complianceMaintain accurate documentation including contracts engagement plans job descriptions and org chartsBuild trusted relationships with People Partners and Line Managers providing operational support and adviceDeliver ad-hoc training and occasional office support including event coordination and reception cover Who You AreYou have generalist HR knowledge gained in a fast-paced commercial environmentYou build trust and form strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsYou have an excellent eye for detail and pride yourself on delivering high-quality workYou are proactive pragmatic and solutions-focused in your approachYou thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to shared goalsYou demonstrate strong communication and organisational skillsYou are resilient and adaptable able to manage ambiguity and changing prioritiesYoure highly organised deadline-focused and comfortable prioritising workloadYou are confident working with HR systems Google Docs and Sheets (including pivot tables and formulas)You understand how to use HR data and analytics to generate reports and insightsCIPD qualification is desirable but not essentialAdditional Information : Benefits Click here to see our company benefits Interview ProcessCall with a Talent Acquisition1st stage interview with Hiring Manager 2nd stage interview with Hiring Manager & People TeamInclusion at GoustoWhether its creating diversity in our recipes or building new teams we care about our people and the opportunities they have at Gousto.
