SEN Learning Support Assistant | The Role
- £475-500 per week (inclusive of holidays) paid via PAYE
- Term time work only
- Full time Learning Support Assistant role commencing September running through the 24/25 academic year
- Hands-on, classroom experience
- Assisting students with additional needs
- Creating a safe and equitable learning environment
- Working 1:1, or in small groups, with children with hearing and communication difficulties

What do I need?
- Hold a Psychology or Education degree (or related) of at least a 2:1
- Child-centred experience with hearing impairments or communication difficulties (preferred)
- A passion for working with children and creating an environment in which their learning can excel
- Great communicative skills, resilience and understanding
- Patient, calm and caring
SEN Learning Support Assistant | Benefits
