Role: Events Executive

Location: Bagshot - Office Based

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a talented Events Executive to join their dynamic team. With a reputation for delivering standout experiences around the world, our client specialises in managing corporate events, virtual and hybrid events, as well as private parties.

About the role:

As an Events Executive, you will be part of a newly-created dedicated team responsible for managing all Meetings, Incentive, Conference, Event activities for our client's central Europe regions. This exciting position will involve coordinating small venue bookings, restaurant reservations, office catering, transportation, team-building activities, and overall event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to new booking requirements received through the system.
  • Arrange bookings with various venues, including restaurants and hotels.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify suitable venues for client inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library/database of suppliers in key locations.
  • Liaise with clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent attention to detail with a conscientious approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with training and support provided.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, assertive attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology, particularly Office 365, and a willingness to learn new software programmes effectively.
  • The ability to build productive relationships with individuals at all levels.
  • Competency in European languages such as German or Polish is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in events and/or hospitality is desirable.
