Our client is looking for a Video Director to oversee the production of a new series.
The Director will work closely with the Producers on all aspects of production and launch of a new series.
This individual will have a history of creating and executing high-concept digital videos, working with and directing A-List celebrities, highly esteemed experts, and everyday people.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creative vision and execution for the launch of the new series.
To be the driving force behind their shoots; directing, producing, and researching for their projects.
This individual supervises the entire creative process
Needs to own and understand accountability and responsibility for all projects and their teams.
Be an expert in digital video and understand all nuances across multiple video platforms.
Be an expert at working with talent.
Rigorously research topics and talent for existing series.
Ability to monitor and stay on top of competitive channels.
Reviewing, editing, and approving preliminary and final treatments, outlines, shooting scripts, scripts, casting, production schedules, budgets, selects, graphics, music, rough cuts, fine cuts, final narration, and final versions of all assigned programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 5 years experience producing and developing digital videos on various platforms.
Minimum of 5 years experience working with high-end unscripted talent.
A demonstrated track record in creative execution.
Experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously.
