London United Kingdom Full-timeThe WholesaleAccount Manager is responsible for the development of all areas within BOSS & HUGO focusing onaccount partnerships in the UK & Ireland. The candidate will be expected to nurture and drive business with key accounts alongside the company strategies.What you can expect:Sell and support seasonal BOSS & HUGO collections to Key Partners building long-term relationships and becoming an expert on key partners/customers business models to maximise sales and profitabilityRegular trade meetings with key & top accounts to maximise opportunities and understand our performanceTrack annual net sales monthly and deliver actions to achieve OB Plan FigureUnderstanding of commercial budgets across all lines and the ability to deliver growthResponsible for the teams to understand and monitor BOSS & HUGO VM Guidelines in stores and onlineDeliver strategy by Brand Gender Line (BGL) in line with the god/better/best strategy from HB AG and ensure our internal requirement are adhered360 degree implementation of account managementExtensive co-ordination and collaboration with all areas of the business including Marketing Supply Chain Finance Shop ConstructionOrganise and oversee travel plans for team ensuring existing clients potential clients and parallel accountsDeliver Key Account Training seasonally either in store or digitally for your respective areaUnderstand/support/visit and review all POS for Key Partners and CustomersPlanning analysis and execution of budgets for Quarterly Reviews FCs and execution of the Long Term plan with Head ofWork closely with the HB WHS Product Teams to provide detailed feedbackPossess a thorough understanding of SIS concepts including capacities costs and lead timesEnsure merchandising standards are upheld in the showroom and manage stock inventory responsibilitiesIndependently orchestrate monthly trade meeting with customers and the wholesale teamUnderstanding of key competitors as well as pricing trends and identify areas of risk and opportunitySet up & disassemble collectionsAny other ad hoc tasksTravel:Regular seasonal visits to Northern Hub customers to ensure merchandising standards are in line with global strategy and stock holding is in line with sales performanceTeam Management:Prepare and conduct appraisals for teamResponsible for New Starter induction within team; including introductions company history systems training new starter paperwork and on the job coachingManage and authorise team holidays ensuring adequate cover in showroomWork closely with Product Team towards sales strategy trainings and travel plansDemonstrate a high degree of leadership and initiative providing structure direction and feedback to ensure and encourage positive team performance and development within the Wholesale TeamProvide mentorship when necessary to direct reportsYour profile:Proven experience working within the premium wholesale industryExperience in presenting and working with senior stakeholdersPassionate about product with a commercial sensibilityAnalytical approach to identifying wholesale opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsNegotiation and influencing skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and in writingEnthusiastic and with the ability to work well in a teamAbility to work and multi-task in a busy fast paced team environmentFlexible and adaptable to the needs of the businessExcellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft OfficeAct as a brand ambassador - during selling seasons and any customer-facing interactions you must wear HUGO BOSS attire.
