Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and passionate about building long-term brand growth.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Wholesale Manager to join our London team, with a primary focus on developing and managing accounts across the UK & Ireland. The role will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing retailers, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth operational processes for these key markets.In addition, the Wholesale Manager will play an active role in supporting our international fashion week showroom in Paris, helping to deliver a seamless sales experience for buyers and brands during market weeks.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow wholesale accounts across the UK & Ireland.Build strong relationships with key retailers, acting as the main point of contact for buyers.Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK & Ireland, leveraging your market contacts.Present seasonal collections, negotiate terms, and close sales with buyers.Ensure accurate processing of orders using integrated systems (e.g., SPY system, Joor and other b2b platforms), checking purchase orders against confirmations.Support operational processes including booking-in, deliveries, returns, and claims management.Provide market feedback and insights to inform brand and sales strategies.Contribute to planning and preparation for fashion weeks (London, Paris, New York), including showroom setup, sales appointments, and client engagement.Collaborate with the wider sales team and Sales Managers on seasonal targets, budgets, and sample requirements.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in wholesale, account management, or sales within the fashion industry.Established buyer and retail network in the UK & Ireland (premium / advanced contemporary preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Highly organised, numerate, and confident managing sales data and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Personable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel for customer visits and international fashion weeks.Need to have driving licenseWhat We OfferA key role managing the UK & Ireland market for multiple international fashion brands.Opportunities to participate in London, Paris, and New York Fashion Week showrooms.Direct exposure to global wholesale markets and top-tier retailers.A collaborative, entrepreneurial working environment with international colleagues.Room for personal development and long-term career progression within 360 Group.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and motivation for joining 360 Group.Please send applications to:Morten@360group.ukChristian@360group.uk
