Florentine Trattoria at Park Plaza London Waterloo Hotel serves up a joyful Italian menu of classic dishes and pizza made to order. Perfect for family and friends, located just minutes away from London South Bank's trendy Lower Marsh and Waterloo. A selection of freshly made Italian dishes with quality ingredients, combined with an authentic and relaxed vibe means there is something for everyone at Florentine Trattoria.

With your flair and passion for delivering exceptional service, as our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be someone who leads from the front to ensure the team deliver a memorable experience for every guest.

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader, you will receive:

  • Salary: £14.04 per hour plus Service Charge
  • Subsidised Travel arrangements after 12 am

We are looking for our Food and Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader, who:

  • Ensures our Florentine Trattoria runs smoothly delivering memorable experiences
  • Can inspire, coach and mentor F&B team members
  • Fully flexible to support the hotel's whole F&B-related operations whenever required
  • Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
  • Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
  • Has previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Head Waiter/Waitress in a hotel
