Our client is a professional Central Berkshire based Financial Advice firm with over 30 years experience in handling wealth portfolios of high net worth individuals, giving advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, mortgages and some protections to clients across the home counties region. They also offer advice on Wills, trusts and Estate planning to help with inter-generational planning.

Following a promotion of the existing assistant to a paraplanning position, they are now hiring a Financial Planning Assistant to provide close administrative support to two of their highest performing advisors. In this role you will be responsible for booking and preparing meetings with clients and producing all the required reports for that meeting. Once a wealth plan has been implemented by the advisor, your role will be to action the outcomes of that meeting: Transferring of funds, putting together applications on behalf of the client, chasing documentation and ensuring all client interaction in recorded in line with compliance and regulation.

Applicants for this role should have prior experience of working in a financial planning or wealth management firm, and be looking for a role that can see them progress from Financial Administrator, through to a Paraplanner with the next 18-24 months. You will be supported through your development with financial contributions towards further learning (ie your diploma in financial planning), and you will be mentored through this transition by some of the country’s leading financial advisors.
