Youll handle a wide range of IT-related queries across multiple support channels offering clear practical advice and solutions. With a strong focus on customer care youll communicate with empathy manage expectations and take ownership of each interaction. Youll also contribute to the IT Operations teams goals by prioritising tasks investigating complex issues and implementing technical solutions with minimal supervision.
