About Us:

Role Overview:

The Creative Strategist will spearhead the development of high-performing advertising campaigns across social media and digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who blends creative vision with a data-driven approach to generate compelling, effective content that resonates with audiences and meets precise performance benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative advertising strategies that leverage the latest trends and data insights to meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Utilise advanced creative analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future creative decisions.
  • Produce detailed briefs for designers, videographers, and other creatives, ensuring that all team members understand and execute the vision effectively.
  • Oversee the creative process from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with media buying teams to integrate creative and media strategies seamlessly.
  • Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of digital marketing trends, creative tools, and consumer behaviour.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Creative Strategist, particularly in data-driven environments within social media and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with creative analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital campaigns and creative projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in creative terminology and the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
  • Organised and punctual, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred experience:

  • Happy working to a data-driven approach while also maintaining an innovative mindset.
  • Experience in managing creative teams/partners and working collaboratively with media planners/buyers.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for innovation and a passion for creating engaging, effective advertising.
