A great opportunity for a dedicated and experienced manager to join our Home Connections team.This role involves managing the allocation and letting of Abris social housing properties ensuring our processes are fair transparent and efficient.As Home Connections Manager youll play a key role in managing a team of Home Connections and New Build officers. The role will oversee the day to day management of a team responsible for advertising shortlisting pre tenancy verification processing and assessing nominations and undertaking risk assessments. The role also includes supporting with the allocations of New Builds as well as undertaking tasks relating to successions and ending of tenancies.The role is vital in supporting with the key objectives of minimising void periods meeting key performance indicators and maximising customer satisfaction. Youll lead a team of professionals providing support and guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Your expertise in social housing combined with your strong leadership and customer service skills will be essential in delivering high-quality services to our customers. Youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our allocations and lettings meet the needs of the community and comply with relevant legislation and best practices.The role is hybrid working and is office based on three set days per week to support with collaborative team working.The role will manage a team based at our Eastleigh office but will also manage staff in our Yeovil office so this will require working from our Yeovil office on a monthly basis to support staff managed in that area. We are looking for someone who is confident self-motivated and has a drive to exceed personal team and organisational targets as well as passionate in delivering excellent customer service.
