Were seeking an experienced Finance and Controlling Manager to support our Asset Management function overseeing financial control reporting and performance across multiple SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles/Entities). This role partners closely with operational and business unit teams to drive financial efficiency ensure compliance with IFRS standards and deliver clear actionable insights on asset performance.Job SummaryThe Finance and Controlling Manager will oversee financial reporting and coordination across Kanadevia Inovas operational business and its managed investment fund. The role supports business unit Controlling for assets under development and those not transferred to the fund while ensuring consistency between business unit and fund reporting.We are seeking someone with a strong background in financial controlling and FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) within an industrial environment in the chemical or oil & gas sectors.The role involves overseeing financial coordination between Kanadevia Inovas operational business and its managed investment fund. Responsibilities include supporting BU Controlling for assets under development and those not transferred to the fund and ensuring accurate consistent reporting between the business unit and the fund. Fixed Asset ControllingPartner with operations to manage and optimize fixed assets (SPVs) effectively.Ensure IFRS and regulatory compliance across all asset reporting and capitalization processes.Monitor investments maintenance and lifecycle costs providing performance insights to management.Lead asset audits and physical verifications across SPV sites.Financial Reporting & ControlOversee accurate month-end quarter-end and year-end closings for SPVs.Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning with operational teams.Analyze financial performance identify variances and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.Deliver management reports cash flow forecasts and performance analyses.Leadership & Process ImprovementImplement strong internal controls and continuous process improvements.Collaborate across departments to streamline asset lifecycle and ERP finance integration.Develop KPIs automate reporting and ensure data accuracy across systems.Promote transparency and efficiency in financial and operational reporting.Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field; professional qualification (ACA ACCA CIMA) preferred.Solid background in financial controlling and FP&A within an industrial environment in the chemical or oil & gas sectors. Established expertise managing SPV financial control fixed assets and IFRS compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.Proficient in ERP systems (SAP Oracle or equivalent) and advanced Excel/financial modelling.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and hands-on approach.Additional Information : Annual salary review and bonus awardPension scheme up to 10% employer contributionLife insurance 4x SalaryDisability insurancePrivate medical and dental insuranceFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
