Estates & Capital Developments Location: Aston University Main Campus Salary: £24,315 per annum (pro-rata) Grade: Grade A Contract Type: Permanent Basis: Part Time (0.42) Closing Date: 23.59 hours GMT on Sunday 14 December 2025 Interview Date: Thursday 18 December 2025 Reference: 1461-25 Release Date: Monday 01 December 2025 We have exciting permanent opportunities to join our award-winning Cleaning Services team within Estates and Capital DevelopmentWe are looking for enthusiastic part-time Cleaning Operatives to become part of our dedicated team of over 60 staff members.You will play a key role in delivering exceptional cleaning standards across our facilities, working under the guidance of our Cleaning Service Team Leaders.The following positions are available:4 x 6:00 - 9:00 am on 5/7 contract 15 hours per week1 x 1:30 - 8:00 pm on 5/7 contract 30 hours per week You will be responsible for:Ensuring excellent Standards of quality in cleaning (everyone to receive training on all quality standardsMandatory legislative online trainingExcellent customer serviceUndertaking all training required Being a team player within a large teamOrder cleaning stock as you require from the Team LeaderResponsibility for keys you are issuedWork in a safe manner following all the health & safety training you receive.The roles will involve working 5 days in 7 and covering weekends on a rota basis and uniforms will be provided.
