Our client is a leading architectural firm dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable designs for urban environments. The team is passionate about creating spaces that enhance the quality of life for communities. Currently, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join the team on a new residential projects.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tower building design and construction stages, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. This role requires someone who is not only technically proficient but also a great team player with an engaging personality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Confident in leading and managing a project from design through to construction stages.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and meet client requirements.
  • Utilize Revit software to develop detailed architectural drawings and models.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Mentor and support junior architects, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting designs and addressing any concerns or queries.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural practice, with a stable work history.
  • Proven experience in tower building projects, from initial design to construction stages.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit software is essential.
  • Senior Architect level experience with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • A strong commitment to being in the office 4 days a week.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure.
  • A good personality and someone who can seamlessly integrate into the team with a supportive, approachable, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive team culture.
