Job Opportunity for Senior Architects and Architects

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Architects and Architects to join our team at Locri Recruitment. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing architectural design, coordination, and liaison activities across various projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work (0-7) for your assigned projects, ensuring the successful development and delivery of key project documentation, and acting as the primary point of contact for specific work packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design solutions and coordinate the integration of various design disciplines such as structure, MEP services, and specialist systems.
  • Ensure that internal design reviews are conducted at key stages of the project.
  • Manage commercial aspects of the projects, such as resource allocation and profit targets.
  • Communicate effectively with the design team and ensure that all client instructions are communicated effectively.
  • Adept at using relevant software tools and able to lead design solutions that are innovative and technically sound.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing risks and opportunities.

About You

We are looking for Senior Architects and Architects with extensive technical knowledge and experience, particularly in construction and building legislation. You will have a proven track record of managing projects efficiently and profitably, with excellent communication and team leadership skills. As an Architect, you should be proficient in relevant software such as Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign is required.
