The Warehouse Manager will lead the full fulfilment operation and hold responsibility for the activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded every time.The Warehouse Manager will coordinate all operations and drive high standards to ensure customer satisfaction, order completeness and safe delivery.The ideal candidate is detail focused, people oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously. Employing best-practice policies and procedures, the role holder will lead the teams through effective delegation and resource planning.Responsible for delivery of the business plan - including cost monitoring and control, accurate measurement of KPI’s, their delivery against targets and continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and lower per order costs.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal
  • Ensure productivity targets and order fulfilment KPIs are achieved or bettered
  • Manage workload planning by day/week/month and ensure planning for events, offers and seasonal variations are included
  • Document and review standard operating procedures ensuring daily compliance for all food safety related activities
