Description

  • Create a strategic vision & growth strategy for your clients
  • Provide leadership and inspiration across your accounts, ensuring your team is motivated and supported
  • Take an active role within the agency's overall growth and strategic development plans including new business prospecting and pitching, identification and development of additional revenue streams through new products and service offerings and a fresh thinking approach to the future of the agency.
  • Ensure that you and your team consistently provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction and delight.
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships by understanding their needs, identifying opportunities and exceeding their expectations.
  • Take ownership for hitting your financial targets and for identifying strategies to continuously improve the revenue and profitability of your accounts.

Profile

  • Proven experience at Account Director + level
  • A track record of growing accounts to achieve annual revenue targets
  • Experience of and a passion for building and developing a strong motivated team
  • Commercial acumen to enable you to make the right decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
