Sporting Jobs are delighted to be working with a professional sports team based in the West Midlands who are looking to bring in a Hospitality Sales Manager.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the corporate hospitality sales process while leading a small team and driving commercial growth across a range of premium products. You’ll have two sales executives reporting into you and plenty of room to make an impact.While experience in sport is ideal, we’re just as keen to speak with candidates from hotel hospitality, venues, events or similar industries where premium sales and customer experience are key.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the corporate hospitality sales processManage and develop two sales executivesDrive new client acquisition, conversion rates, and customer spend levelsSupport the Head of F&B in achieving departmental KPIsProactively identify, target, and secure new corporate clients across a range of sectorsMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing hospitality clients, ensuring high levels of retentionCreate tailored proposals and packages that meet client objectives and maximise revenueWhat We’re Looking ForStrong background in corporate or hospitality salesExperience managing or mentoring others (or ready to step up)Confident communicator able to engage senior decision makersCommercially minded and driven by growthHospitality, events, hotel or sports background all considered
