Robert Half is collaborating with a prestigious Global Consulting Firm in their quest for a Service Introduction Manager, entrusted with spearheading the introduction and deployment of cutting-edge IT services. This position presents a unique opportunity to assume a pivotal role in driving service transformation endeavours, guaranteeing flawless implementation and continuous support.
Contract Assignment Details:
- Start Date: ASAP, subject to onboarding with an estimated 2 weeks turnaround.
- Working Arrangement: Remote
- Daily Rate: Competitive, upto £600 per day via umbrella.
- Contract Duration: Initially 3-6 months, with potential for renewal.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Needed:
- Banking Experience will be required.
- Service Introduction: Service introduction process is ongoing, with workflows yet to be completed.
- Service Take-On and Deployment: Assistance is being provided for deploying a new service using ITIL methodology, including supplying a technical analyst, deploying service introduction artefacts, and conducting a risk assessment.
- Risk Assessment and Technical Analysis: A technical analyst has been supplied for the service introduction, deploying new service introduction artefacts and conducting a risk assessment.
Mandatory Checks: Vigorous financial and criminal background checks will be conducted, taking approximately 2 weeks to complete.
