The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the events industry, particularly those skilled in audio-visual technologies. The successful candidate will assist in both event setups and corporate installations, ensuring reliable service and outstanding customer support.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event technology and temporary internet installations.
  • Conduct site surveys and basic troubleshooting under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Manage inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies that enhance our service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Experience in the events industry or a related field such as audio-visual services.
  • Full driver's license; ownership of a vehicle is preferred.
  • Proven ability to learn independently and effectively research and apply new skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Resides within an hour’s travel from Tower Bridge, London.
