This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in commercial analysis with a passion for working across teams to ensure customer contracts deliver value and remain aligned with business goals.Youll work closely with colleagues in Sales Finance Operations and Legal to monitor contract performance support reporting and contribute to improvements in service delivery and profitability.What Youll Be Doing as an In-Life Commercial Analyst:Track contract performance against services sold and delivered working with Operations to systemise reporting and identify areas for improvement.Support reporting on KPIs SLAs and financial targets for major customer contracts helping to highlight underperformance and suggest corrective actions.Assist with account planning and renewal strategies by providing commercial insights and data analysis.Collaborate with Contracts and Propositions teams to ensure clarity in service scope and billing accuracy.Support dispute resolution by working with Commercial colleagues to protect company interests while maintaining customer relationships.Contribute to forecasting activities by analysing operational efficiencies and partnering with Finance.Coordinate with Procurement to manage hardware licence and support renewals embedding supplier data into internal systems.Help reduce churn by improving internal processes and reporting across the customer portfolio.What Were Looking For:Degree-level education in Business Finance Economics or a related field or equivalent practical experience.Experience in a commercial finance or operations role ideally within a B2B environment.Comfortable working with Excel and data analysis tools.Awareness of contract terms and SLAs and how they relate to service delivery and billing.A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Why Join UsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos looking to develop their commercial and analytical skills in a supportive cross-functional team.
