The ideal person will naturally go above and beyond;
acknowledging that our passengers value a friendly face and someone who is thoughtful and considerate. All our drivers work on a split shift pattern, so flexibility is key. For example, a split shift can cover from 7.30am to 10am and 2.30pm to 5pm. Please note, the salary for part time and term time roles will be pro rata.We are currently looking for UGO Bus Driver across the following locations.Mid EssexChelmsford - As and When South Essex Basildon - As and When West Essex Harlow - As and WhenHarlow - Part Time - 25 hours per weekBrentwood - Part Time - 25 hours per weekNorth Essex Clacton - Term Time, Part Time - 20 hours per weekColchester - As and whenColchester - Term Time, Part Time - 25 hours per week As a Ugobus driver, you\ \\'ll be working with a diverse range of passengers;

UGO Bus - more than just a journey We are looking for someone whoHold a valid driving license with a D1 entitlement - EssentialExperience in working with customers from a broad and diverse range of backgrounds/needsCan demonstrate prior experience of being adaptable and flexible to business pressuresAbility to work under pressure and remain a calm and professional approachAbility to use a smartphone and/or tabletDemonstrate good communication and social skills in a customer-based setting If successful, you will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, undertake an ECC minibus driver\ \\'s assessment and attend mandatory training;
