DescriptionNew supported living scheme in Hailsham opening soonDo you want to be part of creating a new team to support adults with a learning disability lead their best lifeWe are looking for a dynamic Senior Support Worker for our new Supported Living Service in Hailsham which will provide support to 7 adults.As a Senior Support Worker you will be motivated to provide excellent care and support by modelling good practice monitoring performance and direct supervision of the staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of this new scheme alongside supporting the people living there to make it home.We are looking for someone who can:Have a positive attitude towards the rights of people with learning disabilitiesCan ensure staff provide excellent supportDemonstrate and model good practiceMaintain day to day safe working practices by ensuring that effective risk assessment and risk management processes are followedAre able to work a shift pattern according to the needs of the serviceYou will receive excellent training opportunities a thorough induction and supervision as part of our commitment to you.If you would like to apply for this role please click on the Apply Now button.
