As the Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

-Providing a pre-legal service to clients.

-Answering incoming calls from both clients and debtors.

-Taking new instructions from clients.

-Issue claims using a statement provided by the client and entering judgement on clients instructions.

-Reconciliation of ledgers, paying out to clients weekly and monthly.

The ideal Administration Assistant will ideally have collections or credit control experience coupled with administration skills.
