The role will focus on work with key stakeholders to document and define the interactions (message flow and data) to enable claims handling orchestration for peer-to-peer, co-insurance and claims agreement for follower schemes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, track and translate these interactions into detailed messaging requirements (data and message flow at key stages of the agreement process).
  • Assist in the development of other business analyst understanding of the claims process
  • Research, analyse and summarize requirements to make recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external committees
  • Develop and/or review documentation relating to the claims process and maintain accordingly
  • Drive design and review of use cases and standard enhancement requests relating to claims.
  • Work in conjunction with other business analysts, develop walk throughs and sign offs.
  • Facilitate communication verbally, in writing and through visual presentations
