I'm currently partnered with an award winning Global Insurance Services and Software provider are expanding their team.
The role will focus on work with key stakeholders to document and define the interactions (message flow and data) to enable claims handling orchestration for peer-to-peer, co-insurance and claims agreement for follower schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, track and translate these interactions into detailed messaging requirements (data and message flow at key stages of the agreement process).
- Assist in the development of other business analyst understanding of the claims process
- Research, analyse and summarize requirements to make recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external committees
- Develop and/or review documentation relating to the claims process and maintain accordingly
- Drive design and review of use cases and standard enhancement requests relating to claims.
- Work in conjunction with other business analysts, develop walk throughs and sign offs.
- Facilitate communication verbally, in writing and through visual presentations
