Conduct in-depth research and data analysis for market insights. Maintain and support front office analytical libraries. Drive innovation through expertise in methodologies and industry advancements. Essential Skills Master's degree in STEM (PhD preferred). Strong foundation in Machine Learning, data science, and software engineering. Proven ability to create rigorous and practical solutions. Collaborative mindset and passion for learning and improvement. Experience mentoring, managing projects, and driving R&D thinking. Publications or open-source contributions are a plus. Desirable Skills Experience in quant trading (e.g., eFX) or alpha research. Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Familiarity with vector databases, SQL/NoSQL, and Amazon Bedrock.
