Role Responsibilities Originate and develop relationships with Italian institutional investors (pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, foundations). Drive fundraising efforts across private market strategies, including private equity and private debt. Collaborate with internal investment teams and external managers to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in Italy and Europe. Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the firm's presence in the Italian market. Ideal Candidate Experience in institutional sales focused on public and/or private markets. Proven track record of raising capital from Italian institutional investors. Strong network of Italian pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices. Deep understanding of private market strategies, fund structures, and investor expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
