SVP of Data Science & AI (FS AI Innovation)Relocate to Dubai/Abu DhabiTax Free Salary: 70-80k AED p/m circa $400,000 AUD p/y + benefits We're hiring a SVP of Data Science & AI to lead the AI and data innovation strategy within a high-impact, enterprise-level AI Innovation Hub for one of the regions biggest banks.This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll shape and deliver transformative AI solutions across multiple business units.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead the Data Science vertical for a large-scale AI Innovation HubBuild and mentor multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and ML expertsDevelop and deploy AI use cases that solve real commercial problemsDesign and implement scalable machine learning, NLP, and deep learning modelsWork cross-functionally with product, tech, and business stakeholders to drive data-first decision makingBuild data pipelines, predictive models, and advanced analytics frameworks to accelerate data maturityOwn the AI roadmap, aligning with business KPIs and long-term growthDrive innovation and experimentation using emerging AI technologies, including Generative AIWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of data science experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacityProven ability to manage complex, multidimensional teams in fast-paced environmentsDeep technical understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and LLMsStrong track record of guiding AI strategy and deploying models at scaleExceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skillsMaster’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with a strong AI focusThis is a strategic, high-visibility role with one of the region’s most ambitious AI programs.
