The successful candidate will be responsible for following Leadeship Team guidance in coordination with Branch Manager and National EI Services Manager. o manage the systems and processes for portfolio as a central function to support the branches and KAM teamThey will drive the UKC Portfolio Sales Strategy for the KG : portfolio growth with densityDuties & Responsibilities:Identify timely initiatives for portfolio protection and develop new business actions to achieve annual sales and profit targetsEnable a sustainable digital journey to Schindler CustomersEnsure effectiveness of portfolio protection through renewals and growth (recoveries) initiativesConverting newly installed lifts Pre-paid Maintenance (PPM) to ongoing service contracts prior to the end of warrantyUpselling Schindlers digital services to new and existing customersTo re-negotiate existing service contracts prior to their renewal date reviewing poor performing contracts to improve profitabilitySupport the branches for complex service contracts and all large portfolio tenders where requiredRevisit existing and past customer base to increase data quality and utilization of key contacts with the power to influence business award decisionsEnsure competition strategy knowledge in order to achieve pricing targets. Supply and demand changing trends economic indicators and competitors in the countryResponsible for business related information (sales information forecasting and reports) with a special focus on PowerBi tools utilization to enable effective business reviews with Branches and KG managementTo ensure potential contractual risks are always mitigated by working closely with the QS teams and LegalCustomer visits and presentationsMonitor and manage discount levelsCollaborate and active involvement in the budgeting and forecasting process for service salesContinuous monitoring of the contract portfolio developmentDevelop and support sales processes tools guidelines and monitor appropriate implementation into branchesManage the annual portfolio price increase on a monthly basisSupport branches in any questions regarding processes and toolsRegularly monitor and analyse the competitor strategies and market developmentsAnalyse root causes on significant cancellation/lossTo adhere fully to the company core valuesAll employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies procedures and Schindler Core Values to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group Safety requirementsEmployees are required to attend all relevant Training SessionsEmployees are required to carry out all works in accordance with the Companys Quality Corporate PolicyEmployees will be required to contribute to the Companys Safety Objectives where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to its Safety Management System.Candidate Requirements:Proven track record to motivate and drive performanceSales Experience in a technical related industryDemonstrated record of identifying new business and developing pipelineAbility to develop a strong long-term sales pipelineComputer literate (Word Excel PowerPoint)A self starter with strong business acumenStrong communication skills both written and spokenWhats in it for youJoin our purpose-driven organization.
