Then this could the opportunity for you  Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Master PlanningThe Master Planning department under Operational Development (OD) in Offshore Service Northern, Central Europe (NCE) is a function responsible for creating and maintaining a Master Plan (portfolio plan) across all service sites in NCE Offshore incl. Special projects-, Blade Service-, and After Sales work.The primary output from the Master Plan is an overview of all activities offshore in NCE as well as a forecast of demand for resources, vessels, tools, and spare parts.ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be:Build and maintain a Cluster Programme across all SER OFS sites in the cluster incl. input from Special ProjectsAssist in building and maintaining the architecture of the planning effortThe Portfolio Planner shall assist in building and maintaining a governance structure for portfolio planning as well as for operational schedulingThe Portfolio Planner shall assist in building and maintaining the structure around planning including processes and procedures for planning and schedulingIn close collaboration with stakeholders the Portfolio Planner shall assist in building and maintaining an information flow to stakeholdersThe Portfolio Planner shall take part in and give input to planning related meetings with key stakeholdersQualificationsExperience in implementing project plans and scheduling of projects with Primavera P6 in particularProduct understanding and awarenessContractual, commercial, and operational understandingAt least 3 years' experience in a similar positionExperience working with multiple teams across geographical locationsRelevant education CompetenciesAs a person, we believe you have/are:Self-starterTeam-orientedStrong analytical skillsExcellent multi-tasking and coordination skillsStrong communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsEffective at problem solving and decision-making.Be able to earn trust and build credibility across functional areasWhat we offerWe offer a complex job in a newly formed department with ample opportunity for development in the role and of the role.
