You'll be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of operational duties, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll manage internal meetings, customer interactions, union negotiations, and disciplinary and grievance procedures. You'll also play a key role in recruitment and team development, ensuring the business maintains its high standards of service and compliance.Key responsibilities include:Supporting and deputising for the General Operations ManagerHelping drive operational excellence across a busy and expanding shipping operation Leading strategic planning and operational executionManaging disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals
