Its recognized for its focus on innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency in both traditional and alternative power solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Prepare complex financial analyses and reports to support departmental and management decision-making.Develop and maintain annual budgets, expense forecasts, staffing plans, and statistical reports in collaboration with assigned business units.Perform variance analysis and cost analysis to explain financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.Support month-end book closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.Conduct ad hoc analyses, reports, and special studies as requested by management.Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.The individual:Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is desirable.
