As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Compliance & Financial Crime Manager to join their leadership team.The role will suit someone with a strong background in regulatory compliance and financial crime within the financial advice or wealth management sector, who is proactive, analytical, and confident working with senior management.Role & Responsibilities: 📋Lead and maintain the firm’s compliance and financial crime framework in line with FCA requirements.Provide expert regulatory advice to senior management and advisers.Monitor and interpret FCA updates, guidance, and policy changes, advising on their impact to the business.Oversee AML and financial crime prevention controls, including CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, and SAR reporting.Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and file checks.Develop and deliver compliance and financial crime training across the business.Support internal projects such as policy updates, thematic reviews, and new business initiatives.Do you have the following to apply? ✅Minimum 5 years’ experience in a compliance role within an IFA or wealth management firmExperience acting as, or supporting, an MLRO or Deputy MLRO role.In-depth knowledge of FCA rules and financial crime regulations.Due to the high volume of applications received we are unable to respond to everyone directly.
