We are looking for an effective 1st/2nd line support analyst - Service Desk


  • Excellent Customer service skills via phone and in person.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Handling escalations
  • Experienced – at least 3 years+ in IT support roles.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11, MS Office 365 – & ideally AOVPN, Autopilot & Azure.
  • Experience of VPN and remote support tools – supporting customers working remotely and/or in office.
  • Active Directory support.
  • Supporting iOS & Android mobile devices.
  • General hardware support for Laptops, etc. – expected to perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management tools.
  • Knowledge of best practice – e.g. ITIL.
  • Ability to work on site 5 days per week
