Second Line Support Analyst

We are looking for an effective 1st/2nd line support analyst - Service Desk
- Excellent Customer service skills via phone and in person.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Handling escalations
- Experienced – at least 3 years+ in IT support roles.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11, MS Office 365 – & ideally AOVPN, Autopilot & Azure.
- Experience of VPN and remote support tools – supporting customers working remotely and/or in office.
- Active Directory support.
- Supporting iOS & Android mobile devices.
- General hardware support for Laptops, etc. – expected to perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management tools.
- Knowledge of best practice – e.g. ITIL.
- Ability to work on site 5 days per week
