The Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our client’s high-performing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing client relationships, and solidifying the company’s position as an industry leader.
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring the team capitalizes on every opportunity. You will provide both strategic direction and hands-on support, guiding the team to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong ability to motivate and develop teams. You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role.
- A personal history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing teams and removing obstacles in sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms, including licensing knowledge.
- Expertise in selling and creating value propositions for implementation and managed services.
- Understanding of public sector frameworks.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of other SaaS-based solutions.
