Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner to join their Market Access division within the life sciences sector. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in business development, strategic consulting, and market access. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and leading a team, and enhancing the firm's market access capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives in the life sciences industry.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on market access strategies, pricing, and reimbursement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on market access consulting.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Lead market access projects, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the development of market access strategies for innovative therapies and technologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in market access.
  • Share insights and thought leadership both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of market access projects.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in life sciences consulting, with a strong focus on market access, pricing, and reimbursement. Proven track record of generating significant business development revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
