One role will be based in a solo childrens home and the other in a two-bed home for females at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).Who we are looking forWe are seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to support and lead teams in Salisbury. The first role is within a Solo Childrens Home while the second is for a two-bed home focused on female children at risk of CSE. You will lead the care and management of children aged 7-12 applying trauma-informed care approaches with an 80% focus on proactive care and 20% managerial responsibilities.
