We have an exciting new vacancy for aMaintenance manager to join our team at The Savoy hotel in Blackpool. Boasting 145 rooms, The Savoy Hotel offers a tranquil retreat for guests. Duties will include:

  • Manage the general maintenance both inside and outside of the hotel
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.
  • Working alongside various departments and communicating effectively as required
  • Dealing with contractors and visitors to the hotel accordingly.
  • Managing the team including their rotas and training
  • Ensuring all hotel systems and equipment are working efficiently and safely

The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work. You must also have a keen attention to detail and the ability to take initiative when tackling problems.
