About the Company - My client is a leading Main Contractor working on an infrastructure upgrade in York who are currently recruiting a Sub Agent to complete an ongoing project. You will be required to manage aspects of a city infrastructure upgrade.

About the Role - Sub Agent Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and working with the Project Manager/ Site Agent.
  • Site set up and compliance with health and safety.
  • Creating ITP's.
  • Managing a team of engineers.
  • Toolbox talks.
  • Client liaison.
  • Daily & Weekly meetings.
  • Managing Sub Contractors

Responsibilities - Sub Agent Requirements:

  • CSCS card (Black CSCS desirable but not essential).
  • SMSTS or SSSTS – Essential.
  • TWC / TWS.
  • PTS (Personal Track Safety).
  • Previous experience as an agent on highways, earthworks, heavy civils etc.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.

Pay range and compensation package - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance or Company car
