The main responsibilities will include:- Diary management for senior directors- Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming queries- Organising all travel arrangements- Processing invoices and expenses- Event management- General administration

- Well organised with the ability to multi-task- Good communication skills- Attention to detail- Adaptable to change in situations- Problem solving skills

- Must be able to drive

- Be immediately available
