In this rewarding role, you'll help create a positive experience for every customer.What You'll Do?Provide exceptional customer service at ticket barriers.Operate and manage automatic ticket gates.Check and issue tickets, helping customers without valid fares.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gateline area.Sell tickets using a mobile machine when needed.Working Pattern?You must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.These vacancies will be to working 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday 1600-1900.What to Expect?After submitting your application, you'll complete an online Situational Judgement Test (recommended on a laptop/computer).Successful candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview tentatively scheduled for the week commencing 08 December 2025.Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a colour vision test and drug and alcohol screening, as well as a Basic DBS check.Full training will be provided, including a 3-week training programme in Swindon.
