• Qualified Solicitor with c. 2 - 4 years' PQE in criminal law.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients during police station interviews, including participation in the out-of-hours rota.
• Conduct advocacy in Magistrates Court, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
• Manage your own caseload, handling matters from police station attendance to court proceedings.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process.
• Meet deadlines efficiently while providing accurate and timely legal advice.
