RBUK Legal invites applications from experienced Advocacy Lawyers for a Defence Solicitor Role in Tameside. As a dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for representing clients at every stage of the criminal defence process.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years' PQE in criminal law, with excellent communication and advocacy skills. You will also be able to meet deadlines efficiently and provide accurate, timely legal advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients during police station interviews, including participation in the out-of-hours rota.
  • Conduct advocacy in Magistrates Court, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience and skills.
