We're seeking an experienced Head of Health, Safety and Compliance to lead the creation and implementation of a world-class Health, Safety and Compliancestrategy across our major capital programmes. This pivotal role will shape safety vision, ensure compliance with CDM, COMAH and wider legislation, and drive continuous improvement through robust systems, standards and cultural leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Health, Safety and Compliance strategy for Strategic Capex projects Lead major hazard management and ensure full compliance with CDM, COMAH and other relevant legislation. Embed best-practice risk management throughout all project phases, benchmarking externally.
