All candidates must:Have excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements and regulatory compliance in an early years setting.Have proven managerial and leadership experience (3 years)Good understanding of supporting vulnerable children and familiesYour role will include:Ensuring that the EYFS Statutory Framework is embedded and learning outcomes are being met across all nurseries.Leading on all aspects of safeguarding and to be the DSL LeadLeading and managing a team to sustain quality care for children.Mentoring and coaching staff teamsFSN would also fully support individuals CPD and those that want to gain further qualifications in early years.In return FSN offers a competitive salary 32 days annual leave including bank holidays a pension scheme a fantastic and supportive working environment together with excellent training and development opportunities.FSN embraces diversity and inclusion in the workplace and actively promotes working without discrimination.
