The successful candidate be paid the full-time salary for working 8.00am 5.00pm 40 hours per week for 41 weeks of the year.As a Head of Year the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring outstanding standards of behaviour attendance and the emotional wellbeing of all students in your year group. You will lead the culture and ethos of the academy in order that it is embedded in our students attitudes and behaviours. You will lead and implement programmes and events to develop the students self-regulation and emotional resilience.
