The Role We're looking for an experiencedFibre Optic Network Splicerto help us bring ultrafast connectivity to even more homes and businesses. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. From fibre installation to testing, troubleshooting and delivering great customer experiences, you'll play a vital part in shaping our growing network. ?Key Responsibilities: Installing optical fibre cable into distribution points, fibre enclosures and patch panels on new and existing networks Splicing and testing external/internal optical fibres to customer premises using Fusion Splicer, OTDR and ILM - taking pride in delivering exceptional quality Diagnosing and resolving faults on live and new networks Updating records, reporting completed works and accurately documenting any changes Taking part in a rota-based 24-hour call-out team for emergency repairs Working independently and as part of a tight-knit team to achieve targets and KPIs Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety at all times Supporting the wider team with any reasonable duties to ensure a great installation experience for our customers What You'll Love About Working With Us We believe great work deserves great rewards.
